2. Reception visitors in a proper and good manner
3. Ensuring that all the telephones are always under control
4. Sending and receiving mails and express delivery ordering
5. Stationery purchasing and ensure some in stock
6. Ordering lunch / supper box for employees every day
7. Ensuring that the reception is always clean and tidy
8. Ordering pure water and other stuff like tissues, soft drinks and coffee,etc.
9. Coordinate company transporters

职位要求：

1. Colleague degree or above, minimum 1 year related working experience, preferably in Multinational Company.

2. Good communication skill and able to integrate with other teams.

3. Good command in both oral and written English.

4. Be familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).

5. Good service attitude, patient, and reliable.
