Main Responsibilities
1. Complete the brand's flagship store sales.
完成品牌旗舰店销售业绩。
2. Daily promotion project in platform (JD.com)
负责电商平台(京东等)网店日常的推广项目
- Formulation and implementation of promotion program for shop products.
网店产品推广方案的制定和执行;
- Online event planning and promotion programs, supervise the implementation, and responsible for post-event statistics, analysis report.
制定线上活动策划方案及推广方案,进行监督执行,并负责活动后期数据统计,提供效果分析报告。
3. Marketing management
网店的营销管理
- Cooperate with marketing, plan website marketing program of activities, and enhance the implementation to complete marketing targets.
协同市场部管理商城的运营,策划网站营销活动方案,并推进执行,完成营销目标。
- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly data: marketing data, transaction data, product management, customer management.
每日、周、月监控的数据管理:营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理;
- Scientific management of virtual inventory and physical inventory docking.
网店产品的虚拟库存和公司实物库存对接的科学管理;
- Check the accuracy of shop Product description and parameters.
网店产品文案描述和参数的准确性核对;
- Responsible for material collection, topic planning, hot spot mining editor, mining products highlights and attractions, the company and the product intuitive, emotional, attractive text packaging
负责素材收集、话题规划、热点挖掘编辑,挖掘产品亮点与卖点,对公司及产品进行直观、感性、富有吸引力的文字包装
- Track & assess the effect of the promotion, propose measures to improve the program.
针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估,并提出营销改进措施方案;
4. Sales analysis
销售分析
- Collect feedback to shop, product, service from customer, make weekly & monthly summary.
搜集客户对店铺、产品、服务的反馈信息,做周总结、月总结;
- Collect and analysis of industry data, according to its own brand product features, make pricing strategies and inventory strategy.
收集并分析行业数据,根据自身品牌产品特点,制定价格策略和进销存策略;
- Data analysis of sales of goods data, views, and other orders, and put forward the implementation of optimization program, so as to achieve an increase store conversion rates, the amount of a single purchase, repeat purchases, attract new customers patronize purposes.
分析销售数据、货品数据、浏览量、订单量等,提出并执行优化方案,从而达到增加店铺的转换率、单次购买量、重复购买次数、吸引新顾客光顾的目的。
5. Staff management
人员管理
- Coaching online sales staff to master correct platform campaign and promotion information, ensure they could deliver and communicate well with the customers.
协同管理电商团队的销售人员,准确传达和沟通信息,予以适当的辅导确保销售人员准确掌握产品和各项促销活动内容;
- Following the sales people KPIs which are directly relevant to the platform sales, such as consultations and conversion rate, etc. Setting the target and monitoring them to achieve, getting the regular evaluation.
跟进销售人员的销售转化率,咨询率,跟进率等与销售直接相关的KPI并给到目标和辅导,按时予以阶段性的评估;
Other assignments related to online sales.

Experience/Education Required 任职资格
1. College degree or above, Internet marketing, e-commerce and other related professionals.
大专及以上学历,网络营销、电子商务等相关专业;
2. At least three years platform operators of JD, familiar with the background of various operating experience.
3年以上知名电商平台运营经验,熟悉后台各种操作;熟悉京东运作者为佳
3. Proficient in store operations environment, trading rules, site inventory (eg: scouring off promotion, VIP channel, train, poly-cost, Amoy gold coins, Daily Specials and other activities).
精通京东店铺运营环境、京东店铺制定的交易规则、京东店铺网站广告资源Good team player and innovative spirit, excellent communication skills.
良好的团队合作和创新精神,优秀的沟通能力;
4. Skilled use of office software, especially Excel.
熟练使用办公软件,尤其是Excel;
5. Better has furniture e-commerce operating experience.
最好有家具销售的电商运营经验。
