岗位概述
该岗位主要负责易拉罐清洗机设备上的管道焊接。会使用砂纸和打磨机完成产品的整套生产工序。会都工程图纸，能明白特殊的电焊符号。

工作内容
? 使用氩弧焊、气保焊焊接软钢和不锈钢
? 能看懂工程图纸中关于焊接的特殊符号
? 能在垂直或者水平面上完成焊接工作
? 上级布置的其它任务
? 在管道焊接方面会同时使用气保焊和氩弧焊

相关工作人员
工厂的其他焊工、质量监测人员、水管工、项目经理和工程师。

岗位要求
? 有气保焊、氩弧焊和手工焊方面的熟练操作经验（同时具备三种焊接技能）
? 较强的沟通能力
? 有细节调整能力
? 有时间管理能力

学历及工作经验要求
? 有焊工证（无证件者不予考虑）
? 初中以上学历
? 5年以上管道焊接经验


设备使用
气保焊和氩弧焊的机器、打磨机、叉车等

日常工作地点
工厂车间。 工作过程中需要攀爬到高处，或者需要跪着操作比较低的机器部位

JOB SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for pipe welding for can washer machine. Ability to tack up and weld to exact tolerances. Ability to finish product with grinders and sanders. Read blue prints and specific weld symbols.

Responsibilities include:
? GTAW(TIG) and GMAW(MIG)welding on mild steel and stainless.
? Understand various weld form symbols on blue prints
? Weld both vertically and horizontally
? Additional items as assigned by manager
? Pipe welding ability with both TIG and MIG

PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE COMPANY
This position interacts with the other Welders, Quality Controller, Plumbers, Porject Managers and Engineering.

COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? Strong welding skill with TIG、MIG and STICK
? Strong communication skill
? Detail oriented
? Time management skill

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
? High school education/ Vocational education
? 5+Years of experience

EQUIPMENT USED
MIG and TIG welders, grinders, sanders, fork truck, various lift assist device

WORKING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
Manufacturing floor. Some lifting, climbing and kneeling are required
