Role
Develop and execute creative ideas in answer to clients brief and to effectively communicate and follow through on projects.
发展并执行客户所需创意提案，有效沟通及追踪结果。
3 years + experience
从事创意设计工作 3年以上
Graduate with design/advertising related degree or equivalent
美术院校专科及以上学历，美术功底扎实；
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and similar related software
熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator,In-Design等软件；
? As Senior Art Director you will be involved in all stages of the creative process in order to ensure that effective creative ideas and solutions are developed
熟悉创意流程，能够有效率的提案，并随时寻找解决方法。
Highly self-motivated individual who is looking for challenges and the reward of developing creative ideas for our clients
具备强烈的责任感，可以独立作业，在工作中注重细节，
Must have good levels of communication, presentation skills and day-to-day job management skills
善于主动沟通，熟练的提案技巧，熟悉日常工作管理
? Must be able to work well as part of a team, individually, and supervise third party resources effectively such as illustrators, visualizers, photographers, animators and directors
能够与第三方合作，包括插画，绘图，摄影及导演等。
? Manage personal workload effectively to ensure an efficient turn around of creative work within agreed brief deadlines
擅长时间管理，保证工作效率并在指定时间内完成工作。
