Responsibilities:

1.    IT/IS projects implementation

a)    Working with vender and stakeholders for project implementation

b)    Involve in the Plan- Build activities for company computing evolution

 

2.  Asia/China sites management and support

a) Taking the coordination role to ensure all the Chinese offices/sites are running in good situation.

b)  Support communication with key users for IT client strategy and deployment.

c)  Manage IT fixed asset

c)    Support all the sites’ IT operation and IT server rooms. Follows the internal and external audit requirement.

 

3.    IT Services

a)    As first level support, provide management and support to end users.

b)    Technical support and infrastructure consulting to portfolio companies & partners;

c)    Response to the escalated IT issues

 

Requirements:

1.    Personnel competence

Experienced in Good knowledge of Microsoft systems experience (Windows Server 2008 Active Directory), SCCM and Antivirus system.

Be proficient with configuring Cisco Network device and monitoring the network.

Good knowledge of Cisco PABX systems and VoIP protocol.

MCSE, MCP and CCNA Certification is a plus;

Knowledge in Office 365/Exchange Email systems is a plus;

Be familiar with VMware;

Be familiar with backup system. Such as BE

ITIL Knowledge;

 

2.    Others

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent;

At least 3 years IT working experience. Work experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry and operation is a plus
