职位描述

Responsibilities:

· Manages the oversight of GS tier I (for example, reports of bribery by factories to WM associates or third party audit personnel) investigations by assigning investigations to the appropriate team; communicating expectations and the case due date; acting as a liaison between the investigator and the reporting individual for anonymous allegations; reviewing resolution information through the audit process to determine if it is sufficient to close the case; and notifying the reporting individual of investigation status, including notification of case closures.



· Manages incoming contacts to the Global Ethics Office by directing the reporting individual to the appropriate person or group if the issue is not ethics related; organizing incoming ethics contacts into allegation categories; assigning incoming contacts to the appropriate investigator based on investigation type and business alignment; reviewing and correcting recorded data on incoming contacts to ensure completion and accuracy and facilitating translation of all contacts into English; entering contacts received directly into the case management system; and requesting additional information from the reporting individual for incomplete or insubstantial allegations.



· Manages and executes ethics projects by conducting background research under oversight of the Senior Director; partnering with Line Managers in other parts of the company to identify operational processes to prevent or detect unethical behavior; organizing and analyzing data for ethics projects; and completing multiple tasks to assist with the completion of the project, including various administrative tasks.



· Provides proactive ethics support and advice under the oversight of the Senior Director by responding to clients on requests about ethics opinions; and documenting the opinion and response in the case management system. Additiionally, resolves GS tier 1 cases with business leaders and decision makers by identifying business leaders, scheduling case closure meetings and making recommendations on discipline under oversight of the Senior Director.



· Assists with department operations by listening to and resolving requests; evaluating and submitting supply requests within department budget; ensuring office equipment and systems are maintained; acting as a coordinator or liaison for associates and guests as needed; receiving, interpreting and processing invoices and expense reports against standards; planning and preparing for key events (such as new associate on boarding, evaluations, supplier orientations and third party vendor meetings); monitoring deadlines and communicating between relevant partners; scheduling travel-related activities for the department; and coordinating and monitoring completion of department or business-related processes.



· Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in ethics and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.




Requirements:

· Excellent English proficiency required.

· Minimum 5-7 years of experience representing public companies on an international scale.

· Strong computer and analytical skills.
