Description
PURPOSE:
Through professional key accounts management to enlarge JJVC sales share of the concerned category and establish strategic partnership relationship to ensure JJVC continuously competitive advantage
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Assist NKAD to address KA business development strategy within owned national accounts, and initiate/manage business plan and annual contract accordingly.
· Work with regional KA team to hit penetration target within the investment budget
· Quarterly business review with national key accounts and implement the development opportunities
· Manage account's P&L, tailor-made POA/SOP and other special promotion activity to boost sales achievement.
· Initiate exclusive promotion for KA channel and evaluate the promotion effectiveness
· Product list in and penetration in responsible accounts
· Provide prompt supporting and coaching to regional KA population in terms of account knowledge/negotiation and execution
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor degree above
Working Experiences:
10 related working experience including at least 5 years national key account management experience
Functional Competencies:
Results and performance driven, and set up win-win partnership relationship with the customers
Strong strategic thinking to manage the accounts to keep continuously business growth with reasonable ROI
Leadership Competencies:
Well communication competency and strong collaboration to proactively coordinate cross-functional team to keep & strive for competitive advantage in key accounts
