1.    Keep monitoring on therapeutic area proceedings and maintain literature database

o   Develop comprehensive monitoring strategy to keep updated on proceedings in assigned therapeutic area

o   Provides up-to-date scientific information and intelligence report to TA and BU colleagues routinely

o   Build up or maintain literature database on a routine basis

2.    Lead strategic publication planning and ensure high quality publication delivery in assigned therapeutic area.

o   Provide ad-hoc support in IMAP publication gap analysis for assigned products

o   Drive development of evidence based publication plan and study publication plan and update as needed

o   Managing individual publications and ensure timely, high quality delivery with support from publication agency in compliance with company SOP and guidelines (eg. GPP3, CONSORT)

o   Build up or maintain partnership with key publisher as needed.

3.    Deploy multichannel medical communications to maximize the impact of relevant evidence communications.

o   Lead the development of multichannel medical communications plan for planned publications as well as key evidence supporting IMAP

o   Integrate online and offline channel to deliver planned medical communications activities

o   Evaluate the impact of delivered medical communications activities and optimize continuously

Ensure that all communication materials and activities are conducted with due regard to all applicable local, regional, global and national laws, regulation, guidelines, codes of conduct, company policies and accepted standards of best practice.

Education: Major in clinical medicine, science or pharmaceutical, master degree or above.

                                          

Experience & knowledge:  

1. Entry qualification (Should meet one of following conditions):

o   Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry (either in pharmaceutical company or agency);

o   Above 2 years as physician in hospital;

o   Experience of more than 3 published papers in international journals;

2. Preferred qualification (Any of following conditions is a plus):

o   Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience as medical manager, medical liaison or other R&D/Medical related functions;

o   Experience in publications planning and implementation management;

o   Experience with product marketing or market communications;

o   Proven success at leading or managing medical communications agencies or projects;

o   In-depth understanding of clinical/medical affairs, scientific communication, publication, legal, regulatory requirement;
