Job Responsibilities:

• Manage whole product development process with factories and overseas buyers
• Follow up and track sourcing projects to ensure they are delivered to the required quality level, on-time and in full.
• Plan and prepare buying trips, ensure relevant topics and quotations / samples are well prepared in advance.
• Manage new project until order to be delivered, checking product samples, quotes, artwork and packaging to ensure that customer requirements are met
• Throughout each project, work closely with QA and Supply Chain to ensure effective delivery.
• Strong in price negotiation and factory evaluation.
• Monitors and develops category suppliers basis

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 3 years independent sourcing experience, preferably in kitchen, household item.
• Able to work under pressure, good communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
• Ability to be a team player with team work spirit, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, good problem-solving skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good command in Microsoft Office
