Job Description

1. Providing direct and timely technical support to customers in pre-sale and post-sale stages.

2. Providing customer feedback to GUC internal team and managing all follow-ups of customer’s issues.

3. Working with RD (Research and Development) and MKT (Marketing) team on IP promotion, including customer visit and IP road show.

Requirement

1. Experience in Analog/digital  IC design.

2. Knowledge/experience in SerDes and/or DDR (design, application, specs., etc.) is a big plus.

3. Ability to conduct meeting, presentation, IP demos, and training.

4. Team player. Good organization skills.

5. 10+ years of related experience.

6. 10% travel to Taiwan/other regions
