Responsibilities（岗位职责）：：

1、 充分了解客户需求，熟悉项目要求，提供详细项目报价；Fully understand customer needs, be familiar with project requirements, and provide detailed project quotation;

2、协助项目经理制定项目计划； Assist the project manager to make the project plan;

3、协助项目经理跟进项目制作，及时与客户反馈疑问并且响应客户需求；Assisted the project manager to follow up project production,communicate with customer about their demands and questions.

4、协调多个道具供应商进行道具生产，确保项目按时完成；Coordinate the production of props with multiple prop suppliers to ensure project completion on time;

5、负责部分项目施工申请与现场安排，并完成安装报告；Responsible for the construction application and site arrangement of some projects, and submit the installation report;

6、 掌握项目成本，保证收益，配合财务合理安排催款及收款；Master the project cost, guarantee the income, and coordinate with the financial department to arrange payment collection and receivable .

7、 确保项目完成质量。 Ensure the quality of projects.

 

Job Requirements（职位要求）

1、具备较强抗压能力，积极的工作态度；Strong anti-pressure ability and positive working attitude;

2、会使用平面软件：AI/PS；Graphic software: AI/PS;

3、有工厂经验者优先；Has experience in factory is preferred;

4、英语流利者优先，需要必备读写能力。Fluent English is preferred, and necessary reading and writing skills are required
