岗位职责:

？ Effectively plan and allocate internal resources, make the proper arrangement for assigned project to ensure responsible projects on-time and meeting standard delivery. Ensure high quality on deliverables and reports issued.
？ Play an active role to promote best practices, procedures and standardization among entities which include but not limited to provide training to the local team to enhance the awareness of risk management knowledge, internal control requirement, related rules and regulations for a better and effective control environment.
？ Drive implementation and standardization of finance projects in APAC.
？ Liaise with the Corp. on all accounting/control/policies/internal audit issues and also serve as a communication bridge with local team to minimize the knowledge gap.
？ To execute daily operation of compliance & risk management.
？ To standardize and optimize the current processes.
？ Executive the SOX compliance program and join in the design and implementation and on-going update of the SOX program, provide support to SOX audit.
？ As contact window of Finance team to join SAP project.

任职资格:

？ Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting.
？ Has 10 years’ work experience in overall financial field, above 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Finance Manager position
？ Solid background in finance and accounting area in Manufacturing industry.
？ Be familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley, finance modeling experience.
？ Good language capabilities for both English & Mandarin, fluent in both written & spoken.
？ Rich SAP project experience, proficient computer skill on Excel/PowerPoint, and rich knowledge with integrated operational system.
？ Confident & adaptable, willing to take challenges and self-motivated; Good interpersonal & communication skills, with enthusiasm towards work.
？ Personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behaviour.
