Description of Position

Do you have a taste for the challenge ? Achieve Sales goals and passioned by e-commerce ? Join our Sales Team and become an E-Commerce Manager/Supervisor in GEN’s team! Your main mission :

1.Daily operation with 5 Stars Hotels and SPA we are working with, meeting with best sellers POS, sometimes negociate, keep good relationship with hotel, stock management, replenishment in each POS,follow payement, sales report… 

Improve the sales of each Hotel

2.Daily Operation on High-End Buyers Channels (买手店), follow up, replenishment, negociation, keep good relationship, sales report…Improve the sales of each partner

3.Development of Hotel and Buyers Business. Find new partners by any way you can.

4.Study Sales report and do report to manager, establish plan to improve sales.

5.Take part of Marketing Fairs (ONTIME SHOW, FASHION WEEKEND,SHOWROOM), invite clients, …

Give advise and suggest to marketing to take part to some event to increase our exposure in the market of

Luxury HOTELS and Buyers

6.Help Sales Team colleague or other branch if needed.

7.Achieve Manager Others requests

Profile

1.You have experiences in HOTELS industry

2.You have at least 3 years experiences in Buyers / Fashion industry in Sales.

3.You speak Chinese, English (and French is a big plus).

4.You have a Bachelor Degree Minimum

5.You have a foreign study experience

6.You are Dynamic, independant, serious, responsible, and careful.

7. You are organised, open-minded, like challenge. You are resourceful and do not give up. You are Multi-task.

8.You are a master word, Excel and PPT (important).

9.You are very motivated to work in a start-up, and growth with the company.

We have today more than 300 POS in the world (and more than half
in China), in Luxury Hotels and Resort, Malls, E-Commerce, Buyers…
