工作职责:

1. 日常工作：

a) 及时准确的进行稳定性样品管理工作，包括放样、取样、制订取样计划等。

b) 制订稳定性研究方案，跟踪稳定性项目等。

c) 协助组长解决日常工作中出现的问题。

d) 监控稳定性试验箱，对异常情况及时响应。

e) 稳定性试验箱使用、维护、验证等。

f) 使用LIMS系统管理稳定性项目及样品等。

2. GMP要求，安全，健康和环境：

遵守GMP要求，公司相关SOP和EHS要求，遵守5S指导方针，保持实验室区域良好状态。

任职资格:

1. 教育背景：药学、制药工程、化学等相关专业，本科及以上。

2. 工作经验：有化工、制药公司、GMP实验室背景，有稳定性研究相关经验者优先。

3. 熟悉法规者优先，如ICH、药典、USP等。

4. 良好的沟通能力，能与公司内其他员工紧密合作完成工作任务。

5. 积极主动，工作逻辑清晰，认真负责，学习能力强，具有良好的团队合作能力。

6. 以客户为中心，有灵活处理多个项目的能力。合理分配工作安排并在规定时间内完成。

7. 必须具有团队合作精神，团队紧密合作共同完成业绩目标。
