Position Overview:

This is a professional position requiring an appropriate degree in accounting, finance or a related field with applicable work experience. This position is responsible for responsible for annual strategic planning and budgeting, rolling forecast and controlling that involves implementation of plans and the use of feedback to monitor achievements.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the reporting are in line with corporate guidelines and statutory requirements.

· Responsible for budget process and support periodic forecasting for plants.

· Review and report the cost variances. Ensure that major cost variations are highlighted to the management for further actions.

· Develop and perfect scorecard system for monitoring and reporting of plant performance to improve productivity.

· Coordinate with other departments on budget/forecast/cost issues.

· Site Virsa Access enforcer coordinator for R&D, Marketing and G&A department; control/perform SAP role application/change.

· GDP Asia level consolidation and reporting.

· Asia Sales & Cash collection tracking and control to meet Sales/DSO target.

· SG&A analysis, support with proactive analysis to meet division financial results (EBT).

· Capital coordinate and control, supporting on AFE preparation and tracking.

· Support the M&A business case analysis

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Education, Training, etc.):

· Bachelor degree or above with the major in Accounting or Finance.

· 6+ years accounting/finance experience with at least 1 year cost accounting for a manufacturing operation.

· Good English reading and writing skills.

· Excellent EXCEL and PPT Microsoft skill.

· Familiar with ERP concepts and applications with operational or implementation experience. Experience in SAP is a plus.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.

· High energy and proactive. Strong commitment to deadlines.

· Team spirit and diligent, with strong accountability sense and continuous learning desire.
