职位描述
1. Lead learning and development from L&D and drive Training Center setup: to provide effective and innovative programs for learning and talent development. Drive the development of L&D programs;drive the setup and operation of Training Center.
2. Partner with business leaders and managers to identify L&D needs global-wise, develop new programs and keep improving existing ones.
3. Design & drive talent development programs at all levels: Leadership & Executive program, Expert program, Young Talent program, etc.
4. Organize & drive Internal Training system: internal trainer and course development, training delivery etc. Coordinate internal programs, such as Technical Training, OJT etc.
5. Talent Development:
- Outline a development and talent strategy/plan that addresses the unique needs of the company and is aligned with the company talent strategy.
- Partner with business leaders and managers to build competency model, and drive talent assessment and development activities accordingly.
- Design & drive individual development plan (IDP) to help grow high potential employees.
6. Culture Development:
- Benchmark with competitors and other hi-tech on culture and organizational behavior best practices.
- Design & drive effective solutions for company culture promotion and transformation.
7. L&D Operation:
- Manage the creation, implementation, and administration of training programs, policies, and procedures
- Negotiate with external training vendors for training courses design
- Control global training budget, predict or analyze general / specific training cost per request.
- Establish Corporate University on a long term basis.
8. Deliver training courses on your own when deemed necessary.
9. Other tasks assigned by superior.
资历要求:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource/English or equivalent is a plus.
2. Minimum 8+years dedicated experience in HR areas.
3. HR related program and project execution experience is also an advantage.
4. Good at active talent sourcing, talent mapping and candidate relationship management.
5. Good English in both oral and written; Good command in MS Office(PPT/Excel).
6. Good communication and influence skill, high sense of responsibility, hands on, logical and high degree of integrity.
