Job Descriptions

-Develop strong supplier base for the assigned products

-Evaluate supplier capability; Supplier reliability management

-Evaluate quote, analyze cost and select the suppliers

-Support AQ team to work with supplier on quality control process

-Solve the technical issues with the supplier and US team

-Cross function team work for new projects development both for Local and Export

-Continuously drive cost down, OTD and lead time reduction

- Travel: 10% - 30%

Background / Education Requirements

This position requires the following:

-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

-At least 3 years sourcing experience on Mechanical or Electrical products

-3 years working experience with or for a US based company

-Market/cost/value chain analysis capability + Negotiation skill;

- Fluent English both in Oral and written

-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

-Technology or quality experience on mechanical is preferred

-3 years manufacturing experience is preferred

-With related Mid-voltage Switch/Capacitor/Transformer experience is preferred.
