职位描述
我司受一家500强药企委托，招聘MSL一名。
Major tasks and responsibilities of position
· Exchange and dissemination of scientific,educational, and research related information
· TL Identification / profiling / segmentation andstrategy and engagement planning: In alignment with medical strategy as stipulated in the integrated brand plan, the MSL contributes to internalunderstanding of specific TL interests, expertise and impact in the medicalcommunity at large
· Participation at / networking in Congresses andConventions ; Coordination of scientific education activities and AdvisoryBoards
· Interactions with medical societies: The MSLanswers medical / scientific queries of Medical Societies with regards to BHCproducts.
· The MSL provides assistance to Medical Advisorsand Market Access and supports presentations of new information to hospitalformularies and reimbursement decisions makers as required.
· Internal and external scientific support,training and education.
Qualifications
Education:
· Clinical Bachelor Degree or higher,relevant area preferred
Skill:
· Fluent English in literature reading,medical writing and oral communication
· Excellent communication skill andinterpersonal skill
· Strategic thinking and business insights
· Project management
· Capability of using professional officesoftware (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience:
· A minimum of 3-5year clinical experiences, Or
· A minimum of 2-3 years multinationalpharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs
