Job Description

RBLC _ New Business Incubation _ Channel sales


Background:

As one of Bosch's worldwide innovation hubs, RBLC incubates various Corporate Startup teams in ‘Shanghai Connectory’ – a branded global network currently has presence in US, MX, DE and CN.


? Smart Baby Crib is the pilot project standing out from the 1st CN Innoframe and currently incubated in RBLC. The project is approved and funded by steering committee. The product will be one of the smart devices integrated into Bosch Smart Home IoT structure and one of the product in Bosch baby products category.


? A dedicated team has been set up for business incubation. The team has the full responsibility of product development, manufacturing, channel development, and managing shared functions (e.g. purchasing, logistics, finance and HR).


Roles and Main Responsibility:

Channel sales will act as a Co-Founder of a start-up, with a key responsibility of sales channel development and product promotion

  • Define sales strategies for brand new products

  • Online and offline sales channels development and maintenance

  • Coordinate offline store/showroom

  • Work close with dealers to promote our products

  • Responsible for aftersales

  • Assist new product development on collecting customer insights


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years sales working experience in B2C area (e-commerce or baby durable goods experiences are preferred)

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen, future-oriented and result-oriented.

  • High flexibility is required to work together with a self-organized purpose team
