The essential job duties:

IT Management

1. Maintain IT equipment and ensure the normal work condition (i.e. Router, Cable, Phone machine, Printer, Fax);

2. Information backup;

3. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system;

4. Provide orientation to new users of computer and networking;

5. Provide network access to all staff, set up Email accounts, MSN accounts and provide passwords as required;

6. Control the server access; Monitor the Internet use of all Staff

MIS

1. Support CRM and coordinate with ERP establishment, test, train, and finalization

2. Keep up with the latest technology in computers, software, Web, etc.

3. Maintain IT system (i.e. File access, information monitor system, video monitor)

4. Establish E-blast for Sales personnel

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and Technology ,Computer Software Design or relevant disciplines;

2. More than 3 years experience in computer and network management;

3. Very familiar with Windows, Linux and database system;

4. Have experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting of hardware, software and networks;

5. Have capability to independently plan and implement computer system;

6. Familiar with ERP,CRM system, have phone transition experience;

7. Proficient in English;

Advance technology is a newly established Canadian company. We're well known for custom manufacturing, outsourcing, engineering both electronic and mechanical, testing, debugging, system integration, custom fabrication, factory acceptance, quality control. We have a newly renovated factory with top of the line equipment to use. We have fabrication, assemble, testing, electrical, shipping/ logistics, materials departments. We are also looking for strong mechanics and electricians in the factory, as well as administration, sales, service, engineering, accounting, purchasing/materials for the office.
