职位描述

Job Duties 岗位职责：


1. 管理和监控公司日常的现金流、资本、外币和人民币结算帐户；

Manage and monitor company daily cash flow、company capital, foreign and RMB settlement account;


2. 向加拿大的财务总监做月度、季度、年度报告；

Report to Finance Controller in Canada monthly, quarterly, yearly;


3. 准备每月凭证，以及每月审计；

Prepare monthly vouchers, GL entry and monthly audit.


4. 计算各税种，每月电子报税；

Responsible for kinds of tax reduction and refund claim, and monthly electrical tax filling;


5. 固定资产的管理与定期盘点，并进行必要的改进；

Manage and stock count of fixed asserts periodically, make improvement if necessary;


6. 协助审计师做好年度审计并与税务部门保持良好关系。

Keep good relationship with tax bureau and assist CPA with annual audit.


Job Requirements 岗位要求:


1. 5年以上在制造业或跨国公司会计工作经验，熟悉外高桥保税区政策者优先；至少三年管理经验；

5+ years of accountant experience in manufacturing industry, MNC preferred, working experience in Wai Gao Qiao free trade zone preferred; At least 3 years in a managerial role;


2. 本科以上学历，会计专业优先考虑；

Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting preferred;


3. 充分了解税法，熟悉税收抵扣，退税；

Good understandings of tax law, tax deduction, refund and declare


4. 良好的英语读写能力和口语表达能力；

Good English skills in writing and speaking;


5. 熟悉ERP系统等管理软件，有操作SYSPRO经验的优先考虑；

Familiar with ERP and the like application, experience in operating Syspro is a plus.


6. 良好的责任感，耐心，准确性，既注重细节又注重目标导向。

Good sense of responsibility, accuracy, patience, attention to details and result-oriented
