1、 Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor company daily cash flow, capital, foreign and RMB settlement account.

- Make monthly, quarterly, annual reports to financial director in headquarter.

- VAT calculation, refund and distribution.

- Prepare monthly vouchers, GL entry and monthly audit.

- Liaise with tax bureau, tax reduction and refund claims.
- Monthly electronic tax filing.

- Calculate tax, CT, BT, IIT…etc

- Arrange all incoming and outgoing payment on time.
- Assist CPA in annual audit for tax bureau.

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of accountant experience in manufacturing industry, WOFE is preferred

- Bachelor degree in accounting or the equivalence;
- Certified accountant;

- Proven practice in VAT refund and claim.
- Good English skills in writing and speaking;
- Experience in Kingdee software setup and operation.
- Accountable, patient, detailed and goal-oriented。

We're well known for custom manufacturing, outsourcing, engineering both electronic and mechanical, testing, debugging, system integration, custom fabrication, factory acceptance, quality control. We have a newly renovated factory with top of the line equipment to use. We have fabrication, assemble, testing, electrical, shipping/ logistics, materials departments. We are also looking for strong mechanics and electricians in the factory, as well as administration, sales, service, engineering, accounting, purchasing/materials for the office.
