3、协助上级领导对团队员工进行合理配置，根据部门内员工的岗位职责对员工进行指导、检查等相关工作；

4、做好各部门团队沟通协调工作，对本部门内的安全生产、员工人身安全和设备安全等做好管理监督。

任职资格：

1、至少具备三年以上五星级酒店或大型物业工程副经理或同等职位工作经验；

2、有较强的专业技术、组织协调能力和管理经验；

3、责任心强，有良好的团队配合精神；

4、熟练运用 office软件，熟悉强电系统操作、运行管理。
