POSITION TITLE: KONTOOR BRANDS INC., Accounting Specialist, Procure to Pay

LOCATION OF POSITION: Shanghai, China

REPORTING TO: Senior Accountant, Procure to Pay

  

  

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

  

? To support the day-to-day operations under the Procure to Pay Team by performing designated transaction processing tasks or accounting activities as assigned in meeting the accuracy and productivity requirements.

  

? To support the Procure to Pay Team in handling the daily accounting and performing periodic reporting deliverables.

  

? To work together as a team, be committed to quality performance and adhere to service pledge related to timeliness, quality and productivity as set and established specifically for the Team.

  

? To respond to questions or queries from end-users or customers or vendors according to the Team’s protocol and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); maintain and improve the quality of services continuously.

  

  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  

  

Transactional Processing for countries including China, Hong Kong, Egypt, Kenya, Pakistan or other countries while the business grows:

  

• Perform and execute transactions and/or activities in Procure to Payment as assigned by supervisor according to the established SOPs and meeting the accuracy and productivity requirements, activities including but not limited to:

  

• vendor master data management, mailroom operations, scanning and document management;

• invoice processing and exception handling, VAT processing;

• account payable/expense disbursement, reconciliation of sub-ledger, account payable inquiries and helpdesk;

• payment coordination and submission

• employee T&E checking, inquiries and helpdesk;

            

Customer Services:

  

• Respond to queries for resolving any issues during the transaction handling and explaining the procedures and control requirements in order to ensure timely completion of tasks as assigned while maintaining the quality and internal controls as stipulated by the Center management.

  

  

Quality check and ensure proper review on daily operations

  

  

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  

? 2+ years of experience in total, with strong experience in Accounting required

  

? Fluent in : local language ; Average in : English skills

• Proficient in SAP and Excel Modeling. Advanced Excel skills such as Macro is an advantage

ACADEMIC QUALIFICAATIONS

  

Degree holder in Accounting/Finance preferred, at least with Higher Diploma or above
