岗位职责:
1. Responsible for collecting and analyzing quality related data, make the weekly quality report, track the implementation status of quality objectives, analyze the top failures and make the actions for continuous improvement.
2. Responsible for defining quality checking steps and contents to improve in-house detection capability
3. Regular production LPA audit
4. Drive material quality improvement with SQEs
5. Work with customer quality team to reduce external failures and cost
6. Training the inspectors and workers the key point of quality
7. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement projects任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering
2. 3 years above working experience
3. Good knowledge of Quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, 6 Sigma, etc.
4. Team spirit and strong problem analysis and solving skills
5. Familiar with quality management systems, like ISO9001, VDA6.4
6. Solution and customer satisfaction oriented
7. Fluent in English
