1、全面负责车间的生产运营管理

 In charge of workshop operation and management；

2、合理调配车间资源，协调各部门工作

 Allocate workshop resources and coordinate with each workshop well；

3、负责组织建立生产经营体系、质保体系、成本控制体系、安全生产体系、考核体系及各项规章制度流程

In charge of organizing and building Production Operation System, Quality System, Cost Control System, Safety System, Assessment System and other regulations and process；

4、组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项指标

Carry out and monitor production targets；

5、提高生产效率，提供产品质量，改善作业流程，降低生产成本

Raise the productivity, improve product quality and production process, reduce the production cost；

6、有效组织生产人员按时按质完成下达的生产任务，保障安全生产

Coordinate workers to finish production tasks OTIF and make sure the safety；

7、引导各部门沟通协调工作，确保对接顺畅

Integrated with other departments；

8、对生产异常做出及时沟通处理，发现问题跟进追踪

Solve and follow up the production issues in time 。

9、车间现场5S管理。

Promote 5S practices at the shop floor level.

10、根据车间的需求，定期制定的新设备提案。提高生产力。

        Make regular capex proposal to cover the needs of workshop and improve productivities。
