POSITION TITLE: KONTOOR BRANDS INC., Customer service and order management executive
LOCATION OF POSITION: Shanghai
REPORTING TO: Assistant customer service manager
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Focused on ensuring high customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Act as contact point between brands and operation order and delivery management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to
Analysis and reporting
1. Perform reporting to communicate trends, analysis.
2. Analyze the existing processes, as input to construct new tools and reports to increase work efficiency and accuracy.
3. Participate in projects, attend appropriate meetings, document needs and train others team members.
Sales Order and delivery management:
1. Create and manage sales order thru ERP system.
2. Monitor inbound and allocation status, coordinate across functions to ensure on time delivery and billing.
3. Work with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and PD closely so that they comply with monthly sales target from all areas.
Customer Service Support
1. Facilitate and ensure clear, proactive, effective and efficient communications to fulfill customer needs and expectations.
2. Proactively support both internal and external customers with order status analysis and provide recommendations and contingency plans.
Product Returns Management
1. Notify Product Team of return request from customer
2. Facilitate Customer Defective Return, based on approval from related teams
3. Work with product team for product repair
Retail Support
1. Coordinate with retail team, retail planning team, logistic and DC team for on time OBD creation and arrange delivery.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Include but not limited to
？ Skills
1. Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel. Experience in SAP system.
2. Good interpersonal communications skills as need to work with team in SH and different cities in China. Able to work independently
？ Experience
Minimum Relevant Experience: 3 year(s)
？ Language Proficiency
1: English Fluency: Good
2: Mandarin Fluency: Excellent
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Study in Supply chain, International Trading, Management Business will be preferred
SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS （ if any）
Include but not limited to
？ Frequency of Travel: No regular travel is required.
？ Other Specific Working Conditions: Not only work with Hong Kong team but also retail planning team in China.
