1. Lead the qualification of supplier parts by APQP with full responsibility for your own supplier portfolio

2. Execute supply quality issues on site by 8D process

 3.   Collaborate and project management involvement / participation with local and overseas colleagues for new product implementation or product update.

 4.Challenge Hilti design engineers with your experience and knowledge for balance risks of manufacturing processes.

 5. Align measurement concepts on Hilti & supply site

 6. Lead ONE QIP project per year in your full responsibility

职位需求：

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, minimum 3 years working experience in at least one of these areas (supply management, quality management), fluent in English (written and spoken).

    

2. Specialist in at least ONE of the manufacturing processes

   Diecasting, machining, hot/cold-forging, plastic injection molding, heat treatment, stamping, gear manufacturing.

    

3. International experience is meritorious.

    

4. Potentially with certain team management skill as proven leadership mindset or experience will be preferred.

    

5. Product development & Engineering experience.

    

6. The position requires frequent traveling to suppliers and OEM partners in China/Taiwan.
