Responsibilities:

l  To perform day-to-day, weekly and monthly AR, AP, FA, inventory accounting routines for the companies under Pure China;

l  To ensure accurate accounting records and provide related reports showing a true and fair view of the business;

l  To be responsible for routine tax report, including VAT invoicing, EIT, web authentication, tax declared and other related tasks;

l  Perform reconciliation of accounts;

l  Manage CAPEX during the preparation period, including but not limited to, recording the cost of newly acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, calculating depreciation, stock taking, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets;

l  To prepare and analysis statistical data and financial reports to internal and external;

l  Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time;

 

Requirements:

l  Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting or Finance, holding Accounting Certificate or CPA preferred;

l  At least 2 years working experience in the accounting field, experience in multi-national company or joint-venture preferred, with at least 2 years in the similar position;

l  Good knowledge of China Accounting standards, Tax regulation, Auditing Standards and System，Understanding IFRS;

l  Experience in foreign debt accounts, fund use and settlement is preferred;

l  Fluent in both oral and written English;

l  Excellent analysis and communication skills with effective management skills;

l  Ability to work independently and teamwork;

l  Computer literature, especially Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel;

l  Familiar with the ERP system, or other computerized accounting system preferred;

职责内容：

l  为Pure中国区下属公司执行日常、周和月AR、AP、FA、库存会计核算；

l  确保会计记录准确，提供真实、公允的业务报表；

l  负责日常税务申报工作，包括增值税、企业所得税、网络认证、纳税申报等相关工作；

l  执行帐目核对；

l  在筹建期中管理CAPEX，包括但不限于，记录新采购的固定资产（有形和无形）的成本，跟踪现有固定资产，计算折旧，盘点，以及固定资产处置的会计处理；

l  准备并分析向内部和外部提交的统计数据和财务报告；

l  随时可以指派的其他工作职责；

职位要求：

l  会计专业本科学历，持有中级会计证书/注册会计师优先；

l  2年以上会计工作经验，有跨国公司或合资企业经验者优先，两年以上同等职位；

l  熟悉中国会计准则、税法、审计准则及制度，了解IFRS；

l  有外债账户、资金使用和结汇业务经验者优先；

l  良好的英语口语和书面英语；

l  优秀的分析和沟通能力和有效的管理技巧；

l  有独立的工作能力，及团队协作能力；

l  计算机文档，特别是微软Office，Excel优秀；

l  熟悉ERP系统或其他会计电算化系统者优先；
