Hardwar Engineer - Closures

Job designation/Field of work:

1CAD Design & Layout
2APQ support
3Pilot build issue follow-up

Objective of job:
Design & Release hardware parts (closures accessories) : hinge,door check, hood prop etc..
Build issue follow-up and root cause analysis

Qualification:
CET-6

Skills - General Skills:
Basic computer skills. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Project.

Functionality Skills and Technical skills:
Be able to select the right hardware type and precisely layout the hardware
Knowledge of the main constrains of the process: Stamping / Welding / Assembly line
Knowledge of hardware parts' regulations
Knowledge of hardware parts' DV&PV test

Mgt and Leadership Skills:
Small team leadership
Experience and education
Required: 3-5 years of experiences in hardware part design and layout, product launch experience,
B. S. in engineering
UG NX, UG Teamcenter, QCHECKER, DMU impact & collision
Preferred: Manufacturing/plant experience
