Key resposibilities:
Deliver lean methodology/tooling/knowledge to workshop Lead/drive/push/facilitate contunuous improvement projects Improve equipment OEE by TPM implementation Reduce setup time Facilitate workshop to daily improve
Position qualifications:
Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline Strong apprenticeship grounding in a relevant industry Knowledge of and experience in lean manufacturing Knowledge of six sigma
At least 2 years factory experience Fluent oral and writing English Excellent teamwork and communications
Willing to make hands dirty to hand-on at workshop Leadership experience
Be willing to travel.
