Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
? Good communication skills and Language skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
? Proficient in using MS Office, UG(NX) and Catia."
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
· Familiar with AQP and automotive product development process.
· Strong technical background for Brake and Hub system, system layout, and problem solving.
· Familiar with Wheel Hub system manufacturing process, knowledge of iron material, casting, heat treatment and machining, focus on Key Product/Process Characteristics.
· DVP/R review and modification, provide technical input and monitor component/system validation.
· Release related components and system in region, maintain Engineering Bill of Material and Change Notice.
· Provide Technical Support to company after market vehicle related issues in field.
· Program management skills, manage system/component development process, monitor program timing, validation. Coordinate among functional groups both internal and external."
Mgt and Leadership Skills
? Leading sub-system for a new vehicle program in China.
? Managing suppliers both in China and global wide to ensure vehicle launch (leading technical review, leading AQP meeting)."
Experience and education
BS or MS degree in Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering with more than 5 years' experience in automobile industry.
Personal Traits
? Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
? Self-motivated, work under pressure.
? Oversea and domestic travels may be needed."
