Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
? Computer skills, proficient in using MS Office, UG NX, team center and/or Catia.
? Language skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
? Good Communication skills."
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
? Knowledge of engine cooling system, components and sub-system.
? Familiar with thermal management of engine compartment, engine and A/C cooling simulation and analysis.
? Strong background of cooling system design & validation, familiar with all level's of functional objectives and engineering tools like CFD, FEA, GD&T, FMEA, DVP/R, etc.
? Familiar with components manufacturing process including radiator, electric fan, etc.
? Familiar with AQP, quality tools such as 8D and automotive product development process.
? Focus on program timing and Key Product Characteristic/Key Control Characteristic.
? Engineering release of cooling system for new vehicle program in China, engineering BOM and CN managements. "
Mgt and Leadership Skills
? Program management skills, manage the process of development and validation, monitor program timing.
? Coordinate among functional groups both internal and external.
? Leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving.
? Supplier management skills, Lead AQP meeting and technical review with supplier."
Experience and education
BS and above degree in Mechanical/Fluid Mechanics/Thermodynamics Engineering. At least 7 years' of experience in cooling system development and release.
Personal Traits
? Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
? Self-motivated, work under pressure.
? Domestic / Oversea travels may be needed."
