Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
? Computer skills, proficient in using MS Office, UG NX and/or Catia.
? Language skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
? Good Communication skills."
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
? Knowledge of Air Intake system integration with engine, including air cleaner/filter, turbo system, etc.
? Strong background of Intake System design and validation, including durability and NVH.
? Familiar with engineering tools like GT-Power, CFD, GD&T, FMEA, DVP/R, etc.
? Experienced with related safety, CCC regulation and homologation.
? Familiar with components manufacturing process including stamping, welding, plastic manufacturing process (thermoforming), injection molding, blow molding, etc.
? Familiar with AQP, quality tools such as 8D and automotive product development process.
? Focus on program timing and Key Product Characteristic/Key Control Characteristic.
? Release design for new vehicle program in China, maintain Engineering BOM and manage the CN. "
Mgt and Leadership Skills
? Leading Air Intake system development to support local vehicle launch.
? Program management skills, manage the process of development and validation, monitor program timing.
? Coordinate among functional groups both internal and external.
? Leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving.
? Supplier management skills, Lead AQP meeting and technical review with supplier."
Experience and education
BS and above degree in Mechanical/Engine/Vehicle Engineering. 5 years of experience in Air Intake System design and release.
Personal Traits
? Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
? Self-motivated, work under pressure.
? Domestic / oversea travels may be needed."
