Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
? Good communication skills and Language skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
? Proficient in using MS Office, UG(NX) and Catia."
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
? Familar with electrical and electronics, automatic control, computer control;
? Proficiency of electronic circuits, sensor technology;
? Experienced in chassis control system (ESC/ABS/ESP/Air Suspension, etc.) and integration;
? Regulation / homologation and system validation experience is a plus;
? Familiar with engineering principles and general engineering process, such as DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP/R, APQP, etc.
? Familiar with product development process, skilled in timing management, deliverable tracking, BOM maintenance;
? Skilled in coordination among functional groups both internal and external;
? Familiar with problem resolving process (8D or other)."
Mgt and Leadership Skills
? Leading chassis clontrol system development & Integration to support local vehicle launch.
? Leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving of steering gear assembly and components.
? Managing suppliers both local and global."
Experience and education
BS or MS degree in Electronics & Automation Control Engineering with more than 5 years' experience in automotive industry.
Personal Traits
? Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
? Self-motivated, work under pressure.
? Intensive domestic travels may be needed."
