Qualifications:
Skills - General Skills
? Good communication skills and Language skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
? Proficient in using MS Office, UG(NX) and Catia."
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
? Knowledge of dimensioning and tolerancing contorl, especially the practices as per ASME Y14.5. Experience of using GD&T software, such as 3DS.
? Familiar with the statistical tools related to GD&T and gage, such as GR&R and statistical tolerancing.
? Experience in dimensioning and tolerancing for various types of chassis parts with regarding the design intent, interface and manufacturing.
? Ability to advise profesionally on dimension and tolerance for chassis team. Ability of ""Up-Down"" Tolerancing analysis from Chassis system level to component level GD&T and stack up definition.
? Skills of communicating with AME, Vehicle Integrition and other functional groups to protect chassis component's pefection in assembly and functional operations.
? Experience in gage design or manufacturing. Familiar with principles of gage design, aware of the acceptance criteria of gages.
? Familiar with problem analysis and solving in gage design and launch.
Mgt and Leadership Skills
? Leading gage projects as the gage approve.
? Involving the chassis part development process as the gage coordinator and GD&T consultant, to support the deliverables as program timing.
? Managing both part suppliers and gage suppliers."
Experience and education
BS or MS degree in Mechanical / Vehicle Engineering with more than 5 years' experience in automobile industry.
Personal Traits
? Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
? Self-motivated, work under pressure.
? Domestic travels may be needed."
