Objective of job:
Design & Release Closures sheetmetal parts
Build issue follow-up and root cause analysis
Qualification:
CET-6
Skills -General Skills
Basic computer skills. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Project.
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
Be able to choose the right material according to the different performance and process feasibility
Knowledge of the main constrains of the process: Stamping / Welding / assembly line
Knowledge of stamping / welding / assembly line guidelines & standards
Proficient in UG NX, UG Teamcenter, QCHECKER, DMU impact & collision
Knowledge of GD&T
Mgt and Leadership Skills
Experience and education
Required: 3 plus years of experiences in sheetmetal design, product launch experience,
B. S. in engineering
UG NX, UG Teamcenter, QCHECKER, DMU impact & collision
Preferred: M.S. or PhD
Preferred: Manufacturing/plant experience
Personal Traits
Team Work.
