职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

? disseminating manpower analysis methodologies and verifying their usage;
? providing workforce activity timing estimates for production process set up and fill in the "Cartellini Operazione" with the proper activity timing;
? checking and certificating the exact execution of ERGO-UAS analyses within the Plants, assuring the balance between production lines and the standard-quality activity timing data supply to product cost control;
? providing Plants with methodological support to compute the workforce saturation and the Fattore di Maggiorazione Ergonomia;
? supporting Plants in workforce activity timing data gathering in case of new model introduction or major changes in current product/production process.
? To get MTM-UAS (Method Time Measurement - Universal Analyzing System) certification for Manpower operations std. time evaluation;
? To know deeply UAS (Universal Analyzing System) FGA datablocks, creation logics and criteria for the aggregation;
? To map VA/NVAA (Value Added/Not Value Added Activity) activities in the WCM perspective focusing on NVAA reduction;
? To define Handling flows in accordance with MTM-Logistic project;
? To be able to consult Operational Sheets on TCM (Team Center Manufacturing) System;
? To know TCM-TiCon data flow concerning Operational Sheets creation/modification and their timing;
? To get used completely to TiCon software and its functions: time elements, datacard (data blocks, ergo-preset), ergo-balancing module (General Assembly and Paint Shop balancing), "ergo-ciclogramma" (Bosy Shop balancing);
? To carry-out available reports;
? To obtain advanced searches (base model cost, VAA% per UTE, std. time per operation type,...);
? To get EAWS (European Assembly Work Sheet) certification;
? To carry-out the Ergo-declaration for operational elements, both in the design phase and in the model consumptive phase;
? To operate to solve ergonomic issues on the workstation (Ergo-UAS System) in order to optimize the Allowance value;
? To optimize Manpower Balancing in each workstation aiming to the unbalancing losses reduction and to the balancing % optimization and containing the allowance %;
? To solve issues in critical workstations (ergonomic perspective) by suggesting product/process solutions;

Requirements:

? 2/3 years' experience
? School: engineering
? Languages: good English is a must
? Smart with the capacity to deal with partners ,structured and very good in analysis and presentations
