·       Audit the existing training materials, according to the new training itinerary defined.

·       Create content for face-to-face and online training, according to a general objective, definition of the storytelling of the course and pedagogical adaptation of the course to the target.

·       Create pedagogical manuals such as: quick reference guides, frequently asked questions, and user manuals.

·       Update and adapt existing training materials to adapt them to new needs, new approaches, techniques and trends.

·       Coordinate interdepartmentally the achievement of new information and content for the adhoc formations of each season about product, materials and others.

·       Search and select external suppliers for the different subjects and courses.

·       Lead projects for the creation of a new training offer with external suppliers, monitoring and evaluating the correct content of the projects (face-to-face and e-learning).

·       Plan and coordinate the correct achievement and completion of the defined Retail itinerary and the training activities of the office area.

·       Coordinate and manage pre-works deliveries for workshops, calls, monitoring of them, and satisfaction surveys and results of training actions.

·       Carry out the monitoring and dynamization of e-learning activities, ensuring that they are taught and completed according to the training itinerary defined

·       Teach face-to-face training activities (national / international)

·       Prepare reports on control of the training activity

·       Organize and carry out the Onboarding plans of national and international profiles to the company.

·       Carry out the processing of bonuses, documents for training.

·       Coordinate with the travel agency to organize the trips of the personnel that have to participate in on-site actions

Requirements:

 

·       University degree

·       Experience in in-person training

·       Experience design and creation of training content in an international and dynamic environment

·       Fluency in English: additional languages are a plus

·       Experience in training in digital environments will also be very valuable
