What You'll Do

The Business Analyst will be an integral member of Commercial Strategy & Planning team, which supports the general manager and sales leaders . The role will be responsible developing 3 year long range strategy plans for NoahsTrade China business, including wholesale business and HNWIs business. And initiating and driving strategic projects that enable company growth and profitability, conducting business analysis for our products and sales teams, as well as assessing markets, competitors and competitive changes.

Specific responsibilities include：

1、 To conduct business analysis and market research, and gather input from all relevant functional teams

2、 To develop robust and complex analyses to drive strategic insights

3、 To support in framing and structuring new projects being able to help the team articulate the right questions and challenges, and own and lead projects from conception through to completion

4、To contribute creative and strategic thinking on projects and to challenge existing perceptions

5、To create top notch presentations and/or memos that deliver strategic insights, analyses and recommendations

Who You Are

1、 Bachelor or Master degree

2、0-2 year experience in a professional services environment (consulting) or business analyst equivalent in consumer products industry

3、Is holistic in approach - using deep understanding of the different markets, the customer, business model and long-term technological and competitive change

4、Strongly quantitative, highly analytical, a great modeler and top-notch presentations.

5、Independent thinker, Influential player internally is respected and whose opinion is soug.
