Duties and Areas of Responsibility

• To make effective management of the operation of customers sales and customer development

• Constantly track and review sales performances and drive them toward establishing distribution network, developing the business and help achieving the assigned targets

• Identify business opportunities at the assigned area and develop business strategies to realize the sales potential

• Review product mix and portfolio for assigned customer, to select the right package according to customer’s needs

• Develop appropriate channel strategies to cater the needs of various sub-channels

• Maximize its efficiency through strategic initiatives, planning and monitoring

• To work with financial team, logistics team, legal and marketing partners, making sure everything on the right track

• To plan and allocate resources to optimize cost effectiveness of operation and maximize efficiency

• Responsible for channel periodic order and sales forecast

• Conduct sales analysis

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with particular emphasis on presentation and negotiation techniques

• Build and maintain a close relationship with distributors and channels

• Analyse and feedback market changing, customer behaviour and participate at NPD

• Keep updated all kind of pure player sales technics

   

   

Requirements

• University graduate with related disciplines

• Meat or import food industry experience will be preferred

• Well experienced in Online distribution management

• Well experienced in Online sales technics

• FMCG background will be preferred

• At least 8 years sales experience

• Good in both written and spoken English & Chinese

• High frequency of business trip

• A team player

With a total integrated value chain from farm to end user, Danish Crown Group slaughtered 23 million pigs, 0.7 million cattle and processed 995,000 tons of meat into high quality end products in 2017/2018.
