Position purpose/职位目的:

2. 内部安全生产事务Internal work safety matters

Responsibilities/岗位职责:

   

1、持续改善装配质量，降低质量成本/ Continuously improve the assembly quality & Reduce cost of poor quality

 2. 装配质量管理和提高/Assembly machines of quality management and improvement.

 3. 协调相关部门维护和校验仪器/Coordinate with related department for calibration instruments

 4.供应商质量管理/Quality management of supplier

Tasks and Duties/岗位任务与职务:

1. 培训本部门人员和相关部门人员使其提高质量和安全生产意识/ Train the staff of the department and related departments to improve their awareness of quality and safety in production

2. 监控来料检验和出货检验状况/Monitor incoming inspection and outgoing inspection status

3. 装配生产线制程质量控制/Process quality control of assembly line

4. 组织参与质量管理体系建设与维护/Organize and participate in the construction and maintenance of quality management system

5. 组织参与安全管理体系建设与维护/Organize and participate in the construction and maintenance of safety management system

6.参与负责客户审核和第三方审核/Participate in customer audit and third party audit

7. 完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务/Work on any other duties and projects assigned by direct superior

  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in supply management
• Bachelor degree in quality, business, engineering, or other related technical field

• Familiar with machining, sheet metal process

• Must be able to read mechanical drawings.

• Experience in injection molding required

• Experience establishing systems and procedures

• Experience working with General Quality Agreements, General Quality Requirements and standards, as set by custome

• Good communication skills

• English language is a must

普朗斯同时专业生产：集中干燥系统和集中供料系统。为了满足客户在自动化方面的要求，普朗斯可以将控制和监视软件集成在系统中。

普朗斯公司的总部坐落于意大利的帕多瓦，威尼斯附近。工厂员工超过300人，办公区面积达20000 ㎡，总占地面积达3000㎡实力雄厚的工程部保证了在观念和技术上解决问题的新方案。在许多国家都设有办公和服务机构。为了缩短距离和提供更好的服务，普朗斯决定将欧洲技术转移到亚洲。因此，我们于2006年4月在中国上海市青浦工业园区成立了一家新的全资子公司——普朗斯塑料机械（上海）有限公司，创建时厂房面积4600㎡, 办公区面积300㎡。普朗斯上海分公司业务发展迅速，2017年4月，公司迁至新厂址，厂房面积15000㎡, 办公区面积2000㎡。
