? Partner with all across functions at different level in driving process improvement, projects implementation and ensure impacts to business are understood and accepted.

? Promote OpEx culture within plant via Excellent Ideas, 5S activities, Gemba Walk, performance center etc...

? Deliver or facilitate YB/GB trainings

? Regularly update VSM, Identify and prioritize improvement initiatives in terms of safety, quality and efficiency

? Drive multiple simultaneous projects by working with cross functional teams. Develop and maintain project plans and track progress.  

? Communicate project status and provide updates to management monthly or as required.

? Plan, organize and hold large or small Kaizen meetings effectively.  

? Provide training, coaching and consulting to employees at all levels of the organization for Lean/Six Sigma operations. 

? Perform other duties as assigned.

相关工作经验要求    

? Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment, pharmaceutical industry preferred

? Certified Lean and six sigma Black Belt and/or with extensive Lean sigma experience 

? Experience in leading lean events that produced quantifiable savings

? Strong quantitative and analytical skills

? Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization

? Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results    

     

Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)

? Bachelor degree or above with industrial engineering or project management background

? Fluent English speaking, written and presentation skills
