• Collect and identify the relevant Process control data, find the problem by this data and make up improvement.
• Lead quality NC, incident and consumer complaint investigation. Monitor control action are taken and implemented effectively.
• Lead new product launch and process improvement qualification in factory.
• Coordinate and organize the weekly and monthly process control inspections. Closely follow up all the process control nonconformance and root cause analysis, make sure the corrective actions are taken and implemented effectively
• Organize GMP, Quality, Process Control training for the foreman and operators.
• Lead HACCP Hazard Analysis in responsible area and monitor operation control actions are taken and implemented effectively.
• Lead product qualification annually.

• Be familiar with Process Control, New product qualification, Good HACCP related knowledge, Process improvement, Change Control Management.
• Have the food safety background on GMP, Engineering, Maintenance
• Strong communication skill, ownership and leadership
• Good oral and written English
• BS degree, at least 2 years experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, etc.
