Job Description:
Work closely and maintain effective communication with Master Production Scheduler (MPS) for materials requirement forecast and inventory levels.
Work closely and maintain effective communication with vendors and our QA. Identify the best possible terms and conditions in materials supply.
Work closely and maintain effective communication with warehouse personnel in terms of delivery schedule of vendors and changes of schedules.
Work closely and maintain effective communication with customs officer in terms of shipment of import ingredient and related food regulation.
Closely monitor inventory level of materials so as to avoid incidents of both out-of-stock and overstock.
Identify potential related supply issue and make initiative to fix it with cross-function.
Ensure self-performance to support implementation of strategy and KPI of Material Department
Support implementation of sourcing team's strategy locally, for example : Material qualification project etc.
Ensure effective communication with cross-functional departments, included local department and regional and global department.

Requirements:
Must:
At least 5years working experiences in planning(both vendor scheduling and master planning are ok);
Bachelor degree;
Familiar with SAP system;
with dynamic proactive working style and with an eye for details;
good communication;
Strong team work;
Computer skill;
Good English level in writing & oral;
Fast learning;

Prefer:
Working experience in FMCG;
Familiar with demand/ master planning;
Manufacturing or production management background.
