Responsibilities:

- Review the payment vouchers for ingredient, raw materials and miscellaneous expenses.

- Prepare the payment vouchers for FA.

- Take charge of payment release and internal control AP part check list.

- Periodic review GR/IR open items with procurement department.

- Periodic review AP overdue and down payments.

- Communicated with other department for AP related issues.

- Work with and support AP team members to solve AP related issues.

- Prepare cash forecast for AP.

- Prepare AP related reports.

- Support annual finance audit for AP part.

- Evaluate AP outsourcing service and make improvement.

- Optimize AP process and system to continuously improve the efficiency and effective.

- Set-up back up system for AP-Material and AP miscellaneous expenses.

- Other jobs assigned by Accounting & Tax Senior Supervisor and Finance Controller.

Requirements:

- SAP Power User

- Fluent English

- More than 3 year solid AP experience in world class foreign company

- GL accounting experience (Nice to Have)
