Administrative Assistant
Based in Shanghai, reporting to Branch Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing services in a support role consistent with the Bank's Procedures and Standard. The incumbent carries out secretarial and administrative roles and provides administrative support to credit and marketing activities, and branch operations in a courteous, efficient and accurate manner thereby meeting the daily routine and immediate needs as designated.
Requirement:
1.University graduate in a business / finance discipline
2.Minimum 2-3 years experience in administration / secretary position
3.Proficient in spoken and written English
4.Good team player and ability to work under pressure and independently
5.Proficiency in computer knowledge is preferred
