RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance Function

Oversee the overall finance function by ensuring proper accounting records are kept, compliance of statutory and tax requirements, internal control procedures and budgetary controls are adhered to.
Accurate and timely closing of accounts and management reporting.
· Manage working capital requirements.

·Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.

·Liaise with government agencies, banks, and financial and corporate institutions on financial matters or regulatory requirements.

·Responsible for corporate financial reporting based on York Group requirements.

·Familiar with manufacturing financials, including product costing.

HR Function

Oversee overall HR activities.
Manage and review of company HR policy for staff retention and development.
Annual budget planning and Company Group insurances.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Finance or Accountancy, with CPA preferred
Minimum 10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role
Familiarity with the local statutory reporting requirements
Sound technical knowledge and strong operational and financial control background
Able to set priorities and work to tight deadlines.
Able to perform strategic and administrative/ operational HR functions.
Minimum Grade 6 in English.
