Why you?
You have at least 5 years experience in marketing and communications, ideally working agency-side, including a few years experience within an international company. Passionate about marketing and communications in general, you enjoy writing a press release as much as much as you like driving creatives for a pitch. Curious and attentive to market changes, you know how to develop creative marketing campaigns in order to engage your target audience. You have a strong attention to details and accuracy, while being able to successfully multi-task and working under tight deadlines. You are a self-starter with a great work ethic and a positive attitude. You are a strong team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to take on board criticism. You are eager to evolve in a fairly flat international organization where you can learn from others. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Director, you will be responsible for participating in the development and implementation of the communications and marketing plans, in China mainly, at both internal and external levels.

This includes, but isn't restricted to:
? Developing both offline and online communications collaterals (brochures, newsletters, website)
? Driving public relations-from the strategic direction to the implementation. First focus is China but the ideal candidate will be able to develop successful campaigns around the world
? Managing social media strategy for the Group in China
? Developing and implementing media and event plan in China
? Supporting colleagues in related design and account departments in the development of project based initiatives
? Working as the main point of contact between MarCom and Clients; provide relevant feedback to Team when required
? Contributing to foster internal communications
? Managing Chinese suppliers (web design agencies, translation agencies, etc.)
? Handling IT-related tasks.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor or Master Degree in marketing, communications, strategic planning and/or journalism
? Industry background in architecture, outdoor, sports, fashion or retail is mandatory.

Languages:
? Native Chinese
? Excellent English (both speaking and written)
? Other languages such as French would be a plus
