The SQE will be based in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Responsible for supplier development in a manufacturing or service process; works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

审核和评定供应商质量系统；
跟踪供应商产品质量，并召集MRB会议，解决来料质量问题和审核供应商改善方案(CA&PA)；
对供应商产品FAI进行有效管理并与供应商一起解决前期产品质量问题的提交；
培训供应商标准，提高供应商管理产品质量能力；
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

机械/机电专业本科学历, CET4级以上，读写流利；
熟悉电子料的供应商管理，具有相关流程的质量管理经验；
2年以上质量工作经验，熟悉现有质量管理系统的运作方式和质量文件描述能力，了解ISO9000&QS9000或TS16949体系；
熟悉质量管理工具（如SPC、FMEA等）；
良好的沟通协调能力和独立解决问题的能力。
